Travellers Daniel and Audrey from @Uncornered_Market went to Haiti with @Gadventures recently. They visited Sans Souci Palace in the north of the island. Built by Henri Christophe after crowning himself King of Haiti in 1811, the grandeur of Sans Souci only lasted a short time when the great earthquake of 1842 toppled it and left it in the state we see it today.
