@thejonnyfine out did himself again! Everyone including Jack and Jazz loved the pan roasted Arctic Char, the seared asparagus with Himalayan rock salt and extra virgin olive oil, not to mention the sous vide cauliflower with turmeric, garam masala and cumin over a bed of quinoa and courgettes mixed with a mouse made of leaks, shallots and the roasted remains of the cauliflower... And let's not forget the cheese mouse on the side that made this the most decadent pescatarian meal I've ever eaten, all washed down with the finest champagne... Oh heavens it's a school night! X
