Today's installment of #SundayStories is a shoutout to all the girls and women who have supported me throughout my career and life. A common ugly misconception about women in the work place, is that we're all catty and spiteful to each other. True, such women exist, but a strong confident and ambitious woman is not threatened by other women. I'm a firm believer that a rising tide lifts all boats, so we should never try to hold other women down. The models and women I call friends, the ones who have lasted in their industry, are all nice, sweet, humble and hardworking girls. I strongly believe those traits are the keys to lasting success in any field, be it modeling or otherwise. True, there is the occasional bad apple - but with very few exceptions, mean girls do not succeed in the long run.
