Step 1. Paint your base color and let dry completely! 2. Take your fine glitter polish and take off all excess polish off the brush 3. Very lightly sweep it on the top half of the nail 4. Take your chunkier glitter and take off excess polish off the brush 5. Sweep it slightly higher than before 6. Once again take your chunkier glitter, this time with a little more polish, and apply on the tip of the nail only. 7. Apply topcoat and you're done!
