After spending about 12 hours on the tower silhouetted I rappeled off, leaving @ethan_pringle and #MikeLibecki alone on a ledge 900 feet up and 2,400 feet shy of the summit. They needed to free climb/on-sight the rest of the route in a 24 hour push in order to make the boat pick up the following morning, and did. Mean while I hiked out alone in polar bear land through the moody beautiful fog taking this photo around 10:00pm on route back to my tent.
