Last night in Porto Alegre, Brazil
The show was on the roof top of a 4 story parking garage. I arrived as the sun was just beginning to set on the early summer evening. From where I stood in the dj booth I could take in the incredibly vibrant colors of the sky.... red, yellow, orange, purple - and all the shades in between. It is the beginning of summer here in the south of Brazil and that vibe is in the air. Such a unique and beautiful environment to have a show.
I have been touring Brazil regularly for over 8 years. Southern Brazil was the first place that my music caught on and I have played some really insane shows. They know my music, they sing along, they move with me. And although the show is on the roof of a car park everyone dresses up. Not so much that they can't dance but you know that it is a special night out. Brazil has class.
The crowd is always dominated by woman so I naturally play a bit deeper. They like the hits as they want to sing along but they are good to let me air it out and let it ride with some proper house music.
A perfect evening with an unreal sunset, beautiful crowd and incredible vibe!
