A Vitamin C blast for you. I intensely dislike making smoothies. This one, however, requires 2-3 ingredients only. 1.5 handfuls of frozen mango cubes, 2-3 red and/or orange peppers, and 1/4 cup of orange or mango juice (which, in this case, I happened to have on hand from a cocktail experiment). Blend for 30 seconds and drink. You will glow ????from all the vitamin C!
