No it's NOT glue, it works 100X better, seriously an amazing product! Onto the tutorial ? Step 1. Paint nail white and let dry completely! ( I apply a fast drying top coat to assure my base dries completely) 2. Apply Liquid Palisade around finger and let dry (dries so fast!) 3. Paint colors onto sponge 4. Sponge onto nail (move sponge up and down to blend colors) 5. Repeat steps 3&4 as needed 6. Apply topcoat to further blend colors, let dry 7. Remove Liquid Palisade and you're done! **SONG ?
