In my car this morning! My trip summary and energy usage in my car this morning on my way to work. Look at the miles per gallon-wow. Driving on electric, it's incredible... If we charge our cars with solar then we are essentially driving on sunshine... I'm also however, acutely aware of the issues with batteries and the massive undertaking and technological advancement or recycling programs we will need to use to stop blowing the tops off of mountains to get the metals that we need for these batteries to run our lives and our cars. I am excited to see the new technology coming out of brilliant minds around the world. Did you know that car companies and oil companies actually by the patents for technologies that are highly efficient and then shelf them so that they cannot be used? There's a documentary called "Who Killed the Electric Car" watch this documentary-not only is it entertaining but it strike a chord in you, a sense of logic and reasoning that intern becomes emotional-therefore inspiring you to never let something like this happen again.
