Must try Butternut Squash Protein Pancakes!!!
Ingredients:
1.5 cups mashed butternut squash
1scoop vanilla whey isolate protein (@ansinutrition)
150g egg whites
Half cup fat free cottage cheese
Half cup oats (I used dolce flavored @myoatmeal oats)
10g gluten free pancake mix (bobs red mill)
4 teaspoons fiber powder
Blend all ingredients and cook!
Makes 10 pancakes!
Serve with Walden Farms Pancake syrup and fat free whipped cream for extra goodness!!! Macros: 3 pancakes 173 calories
