Soooo this statement is a philosophy generally viewed as "Hedonism". Though at first glance feels right. It is very self centered and doesn't consider others, or what is right or wrong. It makes our happiness as the standard. Even at the cost of others or what may be right. It's a dangerous way to live. Plus "happiness" relies on things happening that go our way. "Joy"is the ability to have peace in the storms of life. There is nothing wrong with being happy, just don't make it an ultimate thing. What if being a killer makes you happy? What if being a parent makes you unhappy? Get the drift?
