The things you see on your way for a surf in @margaretriver! @surfingmr spotted this male emu and his chicks out for family stroll - we know that it's definitely the father because in an #emu relationship they are the ones that care for the eggs during their incubation period and are also the sole parent for up to 2 years after the eggs hatch.
