@Flavorgod Seasonings Filet mignon with mashed cauliflower and veggies! By @mffoodies ! If you're not following Manny you need to be! This guy is on another level!

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil

2. Cut up one head of cauliflower into small pieces and add to boiling water 3. Throw in some @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning!

4. Boil for 6-8 minutes remove from heat, mash cauliflower and slowly add in 1/2 cup of nonfat milk with 2 tbsp of melted @omgheebutter, mash and stir until smooth.

5. Cut up 2 shallots, 8 asparagus, 2 carrots, a handful of baby bella mushrooms, spray pan, and stirfry shallots and mushrooms together, asparagus and carrots together.

6. take another pan and spray it generously lol, don't be cheap here...its filet mignon! Add 3 tbsp of #omgheebutter to the pan, and once the foam goes away add the filet mignon and sear it for 4 minutes each side!

Note* don't cook it so much that you get brownies.. serve with mashed cauliflower and veggies!
