So grateful I did this prep with macros, I have no binge mentality and I never had to eliminate any foods for my diet--I really enjoyed it! Thank you to @laineybopster for guiding me!! Giving the reigns over to someone I trusted so I could focus on my own clients and work made my life much easier and she helped so much!! 😍 I have a photoshoot in 4 weeks for something really exciting and considering doing another show in 3 weeks 🙈 so having a relaxing day with friends today and diet starts again tomorrow!!
