Hey peeps. Some of you may recognise this glorious piece of sculpting from the movie "Snow White and the Huntsman". It is by the ludicrously talented Kevin Francis Gray, and this is the original piece (entitled "face-off") that inspired the movie. Gray was hired by the director to come and make the magic mirror awesome. And boy did he succeed!! You may or may not have liked the movie, but I'm pretty confident everyone would agree that the mirror kicked some serious butt visually!
Gray likes to work in marble and bronze, and his works feature figures draped in fabric (as with the example above) which gives them quite a dark tone.
He does not have instagram as far as I am aware, but you can see more of his work on his website www.kevinfrancisgray.com or it is probably quicker just to google his name. Honestly....his stuff is awesome!!
