I have noticed that a lot of you have asked "Why is his name Tuna?" Well, let me dispel any rumors that he is named after the fish :) When I adopted him at 4 months, I thought that he resembled Mr. Burns from the Simpsons (see exhibit A ?) so that is what became his name; however, his cartoonish looks warranted him the nickname "Tooney" (which is short for cartoon.) Tooney soon after became Tuna when my nephew, who was 6 at the time, mistakenly thought that his name was Tuna. The minute I heard him ask me "Is it Tuna?" my response was, "Um yes, that's his name." thus, his name changed to Tuna in that very moment and I think that it's the fits him perfectly:) #hehasamillionnicknames
