Also --I looked so beastly? on the last pic I posted, I was really expecting negative feedback on getting "too muscular", because I see that kind of thing a lot on other fitness females social media. ?
But the response was so great!
It really made me appreciate the fitness community, & love that the people who follow me are genuine, uplifting humans who are so supportive and encouraging! It truly warms my heart. ? My goal with the YouTube channel and my IG and Facebook, is to motivate and inspire and change lives for health, for strength, for happiness, for self esteem, for self love--that's the goal!!
