PLEASE READ ❤️ I don't post too many personal or emotional pictures but today I had to. It's my dad's birthday and if you are legit followers you will know how much my dad means to me. Here's a little back story that will help you get to know me a little better and where I come from/why I am the way I am today. This wonderful man is my step dad. He has raised me and my four siblings since I was 4 (three of us are not his own). We grew up very humble and had just enough money to put food on the table and a roof over our head. Us 5 children shared a 1 bedroom growing up and when the 94 earthquake hit in Northridge we lost everything. Our apartment was condemned and people stole everything out of our complex while we were at FEMA trying to get help. My step dad worked hard to get us back on our feet and took on 2 jobs to make sure we had what we needed. I barely saw my biological father who lived down the street. He had more important things to do, I guess. But the man in the picture above is my father. I adore him with every ounce of my being and the hard worker I am today came from him. He still to this day works 2 jobs (every day) to help provide for my other siblings and their children. He is a produce manager for Ralph's market and a pizza delivery man for Dominoes. I have never seen this strong man sad or weak until the time he lost his job. I saw my dad cry for the first time as he was scared he let us down. So when you see me traveling for work or shooting every day it is because that is what I've known. I've only grown up seeing this man work his ass off and the satisfaction was knowing we were taken care of. I am forever grateful to him and only hope one day I can repay him for all he has done for me (I try but he is not easily accepting of gifts). Everything we have in life is because we put in the hard work. Nothing was handed to us and I am proud I received my work ethic from the best. So, to my number one supporter and best friend, I love you dad and Happy Birthday ❤️ *and ladies.... He's single so tell your mom ?
