We at Dogs of Instagram have been fostering this little guy for 1 week now and are trying to help him find a permanent home before we become too attached ourselves. Kotter is so loving, happy and playful. He's a 9 week-old Basset x Pit mix (best guess). It's going to be really hard to give him up.
