This Saturday we are honoring the legacy of cinematographer-turned-director George Stevens with a screening at the Bing at LACMA of two films helmed by him. -At 5 pm, LADDIE will screen. This is Stevens’ directorial debut from 1935. It has not been screened in years, likely decades. The Academy Film Archive is responsible for this brand-new 35mm print.
