Peace and pout ? because I have a bone to pick with some of you ?❤️ "Big" isn't a body size. BIG shouldn't even be associated with the topic of appearance! Who gets to decide when something is "big"?! And anyway, since when does size matter? So long as you are healthy, you are beautiful. Bodies aren't "big". Some things that are "big"... Dreams, goals, ambitions....elephants. And elephants are the coolest animals ever. And your probs not an elephant (sorry) ?❤️ You also aren't "fat". You HAVE fat. Everybody has fat. Just because you HAVE fat doesn't make you "fat". I mean, can we also describe the way we appear as "limbs" and "blood vessels" and "toes"? Nope. You are you. You are a human. You are unique. There is no one else in the world that is the same as you! How cool is that? It doesn't matter what you look like, so long as you are happy and healthy. Curves are beautiful, thin is beautiful, muscles are beautiful, and everything inbetween is beautiful as well. Be your OWN kind of perfect, because true universal perfection doesn't exist. What is "perfect" for one person, may not mean perfection to another. Make yourself happy before making anyone else happy.... THAT will bring you true self confidence, self acceptance and self love.
