We happened upon a great little "recipe" while making lunch today! 1. Roast delicata squash slices with cumin, cayenne, salt, and oil. 2. Blanch Romano beans, toss with oil, and broil until they brown a bit. 3. Toss it all with what we call a "knife pesto": basil, parsley, garlic, toasted walnuts, Parm, lemon zest, olive oil. An A+ #teamlunch.
