@Flavorgod Seasonings Pan Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
● 3 -chicken thighs or breast (skin on,bone in)
● 3 -carrots
● 1 cup -white mushrooms
● 3 large -scallions
@Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic seasoning,as needed (any flavor)
● ghee butter ,as needed
●sea salt and black pepper,as needed
● 6 sprigs of fresh -thyme
● 1 sprig fresh -rosemary
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In an oven safe pan, melt 1 tbs @omgheebutter on medium high heat.
3. Lightly sprinkle sea salt, pepper, and #FlavorGod seasoning the vegetables. Sauté onions,carrots, and mushrooms one ingredient at a time for 1 minute each and reserve in a plate.
4. Do not wipe out the pan. In the same pan, sprinkle sea salt and black pepper on both sides of thighs. Sear chicken thighs (or breast)until skin is browned and crispy. About 5-7 minutes. Add a tsp of ghee butter to the pan if it becomes dry or lacking in moisture.
5. Turn off heat and reserve chicken in a plate. 
6. Arrange vegetables in a bed on the pan. 
7. Place thighs on top of bed of vegetables and sprinkle #FlavorGod seasoning as desired on top of thighs. 
8. Place 2 sprigs fresh thyme on each thigh and add fresh rosemary sprig to pan as well. 
9. Place pan in the center of the oven and roast for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature of thighs is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 
10. Baste chicken with pan drippings prior to serving. Enjoy !!
