@Flavor God Braised Short Ribs with Garlic Lover's Fries! These are so good! I made these earlier today for lunch! Perfect with my #FlavorGod Seasonings! Definitely try these! My seasonings are STILL on sale on my website! Ingredients: ● 5 lbs- beef short ribs ( grass fed) ● 1 lb -brown onions, large chopped ● 8 oz -carrots, large chopped ● 8 oz -celery ribs, large chopped ● 1 cup- red wine ● 24 oz- beef stock ● 6 oz -tomato paste ● 1 large- bay leaf ● 1 sprig fresh -rosemary ● 3 fresh sprigs of- thyme ● sea salt and black pepper as needed ● @FlavorGod Everything seasoning, as needed ● ghee butter, as needed for searing beef Directions: 1. Heat ghee butter on high heat until it moves and shimmers like water. Should be very hot. 2. Sprinkle beef short ribs with salt and pepper on all sides. 3. Sear ribs on all sides until dark brown. Sear ribs in batches until they are all done. Do not overcrowd pot or they will steam instead of sear. 4. Reserve ribs on a plate and lower temperature on stove top to medium. 5. Add vegetables and tomato paste and stir frequently until tomato paste smells sweet and fragrant. About 5-7 minutes. 6. Add wine and deglaze the bottom of the pot. This means scrape the bottom of the pot with a non metal spoon until all of the browned bits from the ribs are removed and mixed into the sauce. 7. Add the short ribs, rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf. 8. Sprinkle a half tsp each of salt and pepper on top of the ribs. 9. Sprinkle Flavor God Everything seasoning as desired over all of the elements in the pot. (I used about 3/4 tbs). 10. Place lid on pot or aluminum foil if lid is not available. 11. Place pot in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 hrs or until beef is fork tender. 12. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. 13. Serve with your choice of bread, rice, or potatoes OR FRENCH FRIES. *You may also combine all of the ingredients and cook them in a crockpot on Low Heat
