Today was a mostly great day at @FIAWorldRallycross. I came to Lohéac, France with zero experience on this track. After only a few laps, I was fastest in practice. Awesome! I also won my first and second heats. Also awesome! BUT, what's not awesome, is that I missed the joker lap on my first heat because of the different way they indicate laps here (aka no 'last lap' white flag). As a result, I got a 30 second overall penalty. So I started the day in 31st, but fought back to 13th (for the day) after my second heat win. I came here to win, so it sucks to go down so many positions from a dumb mistake. But, tomorrow is another day, with more heats, semi-finals, and the final. I'm going to drive my best and keep gunning for the podium! #nevergiveup
