So, in the world of Rock n Roll fashion, denim is like the Jekyll to the Leather Hyde (see what I did there? Ha!). As for myself I've always had a hard time with finding jeans that fit me Really well. Between glamour sizing and just me having a unique shape. I've for years kinda given up on finding a pair of denims I can call my own. A week or so ago, I decided to try something a lil crazy. Being the frugal, and crafty motherfucker I am. I invested in a pair of raw denim. I chose Levi's 501 shrink to fits (40 bucks on Amazon). Yes yes, these are mens jeans... But I'm truly stoked about the results! They fit my booty like a glove and process to mold them to my unique shape was/is a lot of fun! I'm also excited that the wear n tear that they will achieve over time will be my personal road map, not some pre shrunk/faded/destructed pair if jeans that were someone else's idea of what my journey is "supposed" to look like. No, I'm not drunk nor am I trying to kiss some brands ass... But I am a fashion freak ( aka @scissorhappybylzzyhale ) therefore more than happy to share my life and fashion findings with those who follow me...and, I do think the moral of this story is to not get discouraged when you can't fit into a mold...make the model conform to you.
TLTR: I like wearing mens raw shrink to fit pants; suck it;)
