Last night's food parade in #AkanoyaRobatayaki include this amazing #AlaskanKingCrabLegs. The fresh meat is naturally sweet and juicy so we were so crazy about it! @エリッサ・ヤマダ even ate it religiously like, slowly and in total silence, enjoying every bit of it. ? She's a big fan of #kani anyway, and this is like the REAL, 99% upgraded version than the ones you usually get on top of those regular sushis lol.

Anyway, this restaurant is such a unique find. We watched the whole cooking procedure *literally* right in front of our eyes. ? From picking up the fresh ingredients, chopping, slicing, boiling, plating to delivering it with a long wooden paddle, the chefs in yukata did it all by themselves. The ambience was really loud and cheerful as well. The other dishes (we had like, 13? ?) were superb as well, so next time we'd definitely bring our slr and blog about this restaurant!
