LA --- we're here!!! I know, I know, I am officially the worst packer ever. Especially for someone who travels for a living! People keep giving me so many beautiful gifts (I had to buy this carry on yesterday to fit the love)? and this trip we are in four states over two weeks and Ringo has his little house and I always think I'm going to need at least four pairs of shoes (I never do)...??? Maybe one day I'll be really good at this and be like one of those people that go for a ten-day vacation with just a small weekend bag (how? How??)✌️? Tomorrow is Day 12 and the theme for the #yogagirlchallenge is Get Shit Done! I myself am a master at procrastinating so this is a really good theme for me. Most of us have so many things at the back of our minds that we need to get done and are juggling both work, relationships and family life at the same time. It's hard to be productive when we are overwhelmed! Tomorrow I want you to get productive and actually DO the things that are taking up space in your mind so that you can feel accomplished and focus your energy on what you want to create on a bigger scale. Sit down with a cup of tea and your notebook and write a The To-Do List Of Your Life. Yes, you heard me right! Write it ALL down. Every single thing, large or small, that needs to get done. Include absolutely everything. It might help to focus on the most important areas of your life (home/relationships/work/family/body/health/travel). My list has things such as go to the dentist, renew the car insurance, get new curtains for the living room, start research for my next book, send out thank you cards to the wedding guests, go through emails, get a PO box, clip the dogs nails... Pretty much everything you can think of. Get to it - write it all down! When you're done, choose 10 things to get done right away. Choose five simple ones and five that are more difficult, and take tomorrow to GET SHIT DONE! No more procrastinating. You're going to feel focused, productive and organized!
