Weekend makeup inspiration! Step-by-step #monochrromatic focus using the Halo eye technique
EYES:
1. Over an eyelid primed with #18 Aqua crème, apply ‪#‎I-90 Artist Liner along the upper and lower lashes. Smudge with #218 brush to define a well-rounded shape around the entire lid.
2. Apply #14 Pure Pigment or ‪#‎S-924 Artist shadow on top of the pencil using #218 brush. Blend up towards the crease.
3. Apply #S-920 Artist Shadow or #34 Fluo Night in the crease with #234 brush, holding it in the crease and blending upward toward the brow bone.
4. Accentuate the brow bone with #912 Star Powder at the arch of the brow.
5. Apply Smoky Extravagant Mascara generously to upper and lower lashes making sure to concentrate product at the roots.
LIP:
1. Apply ‪#‎19L Aqua Lip Pencil using the MAKE UP FOR EVER Lip technique.
2. Using #304 Lip Brush, blend ‪#‎N28 Rouge Artist Natural Lipstick over the entire lip.
3. Apply a generous amount of ‪#‎D2 Lab shine to finish the look with a high gloss shine.
