Fallen angel. One of my favorites because I feel like one. Woke up in a strange mood today, taught 2 hours of yin yoga and felt better after that. Went home and realized I didn't put fresh flowers on Peppers grave yesterday because we didn't sleep at home and spent ten minutes crying in the dirt in our garden because of it. I constantly feel like I've let him done. Should have done better. Should have realized he was sick. I didn't. Can't change it now. I gave him fresh daisies, then went to the beach to teach SUP and now I'm feeling ok again. It's a roller coaster, this life. I can't take anymore death. Missing my baby so much I feel like I need constant distractions to make it through the day. In class this morning I talked about sitting with our pain and how it's the only way to heal. No escape. Don't escape. Move into it feel it feel it feel it all. I'm trying. Xo
