I was feeling so proud of my packing accomplishments, until @matthewjay encouragingly pointed out that I'm almost halfway there....AFTER I finish today's four boxes. ? Think peaceful thoughts. Think peaceful thoughts. Think peaceful thoughts. My Canadian stuff is scheduled to depart the country in 11 days, where it will meet up in North Carolina with its California siblings. And then we'll catch up with it all just a few weeks later. PHEW. When I dismantled my life two years ago, I thought the hard part was behind me. But this rebuilding may prove to be the greatest adventure yet.
