There are so many reasons to be grateful. To be happy. To be content. Find them. Focus on them. Appreciate them. Before you know it, you will find a reason to be happy no matter what life puts on your path. Even in darkness there is light. Especially in darkness, there is light. The very purpose of darkness is for us to notice the temporary absence of light and to realize that the light has actually been there all along. Without light darkness could not exist. Sometimes our eyes just get a little cloudy and we can't see our surroundings for what they are.

See the light and the light will come to you. Find a reason to be happy, no matter what life throws at you.
You're going to be ok.
