Here's a stage shot from this weekend NYC show: The top three places in my division - Bikini Tall (from left to right, (Me) 2nd, 1st and 3rd). For those of you who may not know, this was the 4th consecutive WBFF show that I've prepped for. When I started my training in February and despite the fact that in was already active, I originally set a goal of getting into the BEST shape of my life and to try out a new hobby. I've since placed top 10 and 5th in Fitness and gone from 9th, to 3rd, to 2nd & placed 2nd again in Bikini Tall this weekend. I am very pleased with my placing and my achievement despite the fact that the Pro card eluded me yet again 😜. I worked nonstop on my diet and training for 6 months straight - with 4 different peak weeks. I've lost weight, grown stronger, more muscular, improved my walk, improved my nutrition, learned so much about my body, peaked my stage presence and all that it takes to compete at this level. My heart was definitely in it everyday to win and get my pro status and to be a part of the WBFF family. I want to thank each of you for your encouragement and support through my journey! It's not over yet and we can always do more to improve ourselves. In the end I feel so blessed that I am surrounded by friends, family and my husband who are my biggest supporters, who have seen my hard work, dedication and commitment and helped me each step of the way. Even while on vacation I was able to train and maintain my diet 😜
If you want something bad enough, don't ever give up! You'll find out sooner or later why you're journey was longer or filled with struggles and feel all the more blessed when success is achieved! Most importantly, I've also met some amazingly dedicated people throughout my journey and friends I'll have for life. 😇😊💪🙆🙏 A huge thanks to @angelcompetitionbikinis for this amazing suit!
