Spicy Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
8 oz. ​​elbow macaroni
¼ cup​​ carrots, julienned thinly
3 oz. ​​raisins
3 Tbsp.​ onions, chopped
Seasoning Sauce
½ cup​​ Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
2 Tbsp.​ condensed milk
Directions
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water until completely cool and drain.
2. Combine macaroni with rest of ingredients, add Seasoning Sauce, and mix well. Keep macaroni salad in refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Tip: Drain the water from macaroni as much as possible for better texture and flavor.
