Facing a high pulley with a rope attached, pull the weight directly towards your face, separating your hands as you do so. I like to focus on the squeeze at the end of the movement and MUSCLE MIND CONNECTION. Always remember when lifting weights the most important thing is to focus on form and thinking about only the muscle you are trying to workout. It's not just about putting up heavy weight. FOCUS BREATHE & CONNECT YOUR MIND WITH THAT MUSCLE!? Last night I did 4 sets with light weight until burnout.
