I have to admit....I have totally been a victim of having no self control.I smoked cigarettes for 2 not 1...decades? Started leisurely and then found comfort to help me cope and then I became inprisoned.One of the hardest things I've done.It's almost 2 years and YES...I quit each time I was w/child.Next up:Staying consistent with eating clean so that working out becomes a part of me.It may all look great on the outside but everyone has something.Everyone sees something other than their face when standing in the mirror.I empower you to rid of something that's not good for you,for the soul.You can't lose when working on YOU.Why not make the world go round❤️#WorkInProgress #Clear #LOVE
