The yummiest #AlmondMilk I've ever made! Decided to make it today because my #Stevia plant arrived and wanted to sweeten my milk with fresh leaves... ? 2 cups of activated almonds (mine have been in water a few days and I rinse them and change the water daily)
? 4 cups of cold water ? 1 tsp of cinnamon ? 4 stevia leaves (can use honey/agave/maple syrup also) ? blend all the ingredients in a blender till it looks creamy, then using a nut bag or cheese cloth drain out the mixture - there's your fresh almond milk ?
? I always save the fibre and dry it out to make almond flour
