Get the look:
-apply motives eyebase all over lid
-with onyx eyeshadow create a cut crease
-blend it upward with cappuccino
-use bling eyeshadow on lid
-create a half wing using little black dress gel liner
-use little black dress on waterline and smudge onyx shadow on lower lashline for a smoked out effect
-apply bling on tearduct
-then take lustrafy mascara and done
