Half way there to Katie's goal! We can do it! by @jrodmartin305 "KATIES FIGHT FOR LIFE UPDATE JULY 19 MORNING:

When we went to see her this morning she was restless but happy to see us and wagged her tail again. All she wanted was hugs love and closeness with lots of rubbing. We helped her rotate her position and she was happy lying on her other side. She ate a full breakfast for us. She wants to go home.
Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Owens said she is stable and that surgery would be Monday not Sunday. Also, that she is not in pain due to the meds they have her on. She whines not out pain but of excitement and wanting to be at home with us.

The Monday surgery will be to fix her pelvic bone fracture. If all goes as planned she will come home next Friday and begin rehabilitation.
Katie has a ways to go friends and animal lovers, but, she is strong and she has many squirrels left to chase before she says goodbye to this world:) WE THANK EVERYONE FOR THE LOVE AND SUPPORT
