Twins Christine (left) and Caroline (right) of the Rocky Mountain Region have played indoor volleyball for most their lives but recently quit to focus on beach. "Beach is so fun to me because it's such a great exercise and I get to play with my sister," Caroline said when asked why they chose to pursue beach volleyball. The Schmiedlers' have been playing together for two years now but feel their bond is stronger because of beach volleyball. "Our relationship has been enhanced because we go through tough losses and great wins together so it brings us closer," Christine said when asked what impact playing together has on their relationship. "We do get mad at each other but after all, we're sisters so we get over it," Caroline added. #humansofvb #USAVbeachhp
