I saw a post about not complaining for 24 hours and see how you feel. I'm going to try replacing every negative thoughts with something positive in the next 24 hours. If I felt tired at work I'm going to say I'm lucky I have a job. When I see myself in the mirror I'm going to say I'm blessed I have eyes I can see instead of saying I hate my.... Instead of being sad that my mom is so far away, I'm going to thank that I can still call and hear her voice.
