We love this by @nailthataccent!???? "I call this design "modern abstract". I think you'll either love it or hate it. I made a very good mistake by using my @Motives Cosmetics base coat as topcoat (I thought I was applying matte topcoat) and was thrilled with the results. Not glossy, not fully matte. Perfect!
