Another wedding glimpse: the cake! And dancing☺️The last person went to bed at 8am!
To be honest, I spent a lot of time thinking about that cake (aside from the I do's it's the most important thing!!)... There was a brief moment in the planning when I decided I wanted a fully raw wedding cake made of sprouted nuts and berries. I'm so happy that didn't stick for very long (no offense to raw vegan dessert - I make it all the time) because this beautiful creation blew my mind. We chose a chocolate cake with passion fruit cream, white chocolate mousse, milk chocolate crisp and fresh raspberries. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS. And we had a gluten free version, too? I miss that cake.
