Some of you might not know that recently I have been struggling with an on-going shoulder problem. Due to this I haven't had the preparation in the pool that I wanted which has unfortunately forced me to pull out of the Commonwealth Games and Pan Pacs team. Letting you know comes with great sadness and this was one of the hardest decisions of my life. I know this will be the best thing for me physically and mentally. I appreciate all of the support and hope to be back in the pool in the future, refreshed, fand faster than ever.? MN xx
