The sticker is a Pow! burst vinyl from @nails_redesigned ! Step 1. Paint your base and let dry completely! 2. Cut sticker in half and place on nail 3. Paint over with blue then remove sticker right away 4. Clean up with a brush and acetone 5. Place stars on nail 6. Seal with a topcoat! **Song ?
