20 Facts About Sophie:

1. I was adopted from Animal Rescue League of Boston in Jan 2014.
2. The shelter said I came from a hoarding situation where too many animals were stacked in cages in the house.
3. On my moms last loop through the shelter (of many) I appeared for the first time in the front of my cage and cried right to her. She walked right over, took me out, and knew I was the one. (Dad loved me too)
4. My name was org. Blossom but mom said I was too pretty for an 80s sitcom name. (God help her if one of you has that name, sorry in advance)
5. Mom had to take me to the vet within 24hrs of adoption. I had an upper respiratory infection that lasted a month and and eye infection that lasted 3 months.
6. I'm super soft like a bunny
7. I love pats and head butts but snuggling and laps are not allowed. (Moms always mad about that one)
8. I will only eat Fancy Feast Tuna Florentine
9. Every night the minute they go to bed I follow them in and head up to my tower (or apt) they sometimes say. I jump from bed to nightstand to jewelry armoire to the dresser where I have my own bed where I can lay comfortably staring down at them.
10. At 4am sharp I wake mom up for tuna each night (never dad, even when he's up) even though hard food is out.
11. I never drink anything. I get all my water in my wet food the vet says. (But it's still out)
12. I'm terrified of the stove opening and the vacuum.
13. I clean myself a lot and don't need to be brushed.
14. I spend most of the day on the hardwood floor in one spot by a plant stand or following them around.
15. I run window to window in the am hunting birds.
16. When mom yells "wanna go outside" I run to her and sit down for her to put my harness on.
16. They call me their 'little princess' and spoil me.
17. I love licking feathers.
18. I'm very gentle and sweet and never cry or scratch.
19. My pink nose changes color throughout the day. Sometimes it's light pink sometimes bright pink depending on my mood.
