Polishes used for this nail: Painted Polish Drunk On Holo by @paintedpolishbylexi for the base, @fancygloss My Sailor (blue), the red is a no name Color Club, for the clear I used OPI Nail Envy and topped it all off with HK Girl (fast dry topcoat) by @glistenandglow1 . For the rest of the polishes used on the other nails check previous post! Other materials used: plastic or glass cup, filtered room temp water, needle (mine is attached to a retractable eraser) tape, q-tip, acetone and clean up brush ? Step 1. Paint your nail base color and let dry 2. Tape around your finger for easy clean up 3. Take your cup with water and start with your first drop of polish, let it spread (if it doesn't touch the rim of the cup you can take a q-tip around the outer edge and make it spread to the rim) then continue with other colors until you get a nice bullseye 4. Take your needle and slightly dip in from the center out to the rim,repeat from the other side 5. Continue doing this like shown in video 6. Once you have a star like shape go and pull in with from the rim to the center like shown 7. Pick the part of design you like and dip in your finger parallel to the water, once in water you can straighten your finger 8. Clean up the polish in the water with q-tip 9. Take out finger at an angle and blow off excess water 10. Take off tape 11. Clean up with acetone and brush 12. Top coat and you're done! ** Song ?
