So: the first day of the wedding weekend! We started out with strawberry/basil drinks on the castle courtyard at 5pm and continued with a Swedish archipelago style BBQ after that. We were thinking that if we start the party early people will go to sleep early so that everyone is still perky in the morning of the big day... What I forgot was that out of the 180 guests, 175 are absolutely crazy party rockers so when we went to bed at 3am the dance floor was still going off! I remember Dennis with his shirt off dancing on the pool table at one point. Also, ordering tequila shots for the entire castle. Seriously. Best pre-wedding party ever!
