If I pull off any kind of success in this life, not counted by the empty soulless things we posses, but by our ability to change the lives of the ones we love, by altering perspective, by believing in people enough to help them grasp that faith in themselves, by accepting the unaccepted, by bringing passion, goodness, and understanding to every pizza dinner, every conversation, every hug: It's because I learned it from watching you. If I have any kind of success in fatherhood it's only because u gave me the playbook. If some pseudo-intellectual gave you a thousand pages to pontificate then every page you just wrote in big sloppy letters "Love" because where politics and religion blur to circumstance, where logistics fail to reason, LOVE was what you always led with...That may be the most important thing I've ever learned and that too, I learned from watching, and being loved by you.
