Small strength circuit today in our first workout to get a little sweat going. Did this non stop and got a decent sweat. Not too hard but a good circuit this morning for the guys.

10 chin ups
15 leg lifts
30 sec handstand hold
5 planche press
10 jump to pommel horse
20 reverse pulls on parallel bars
20 arch ups
10 handstand push ups
5 punch front sticks
10 chin up front lever
